The Deep Dive

The first step we take when engaging with a prospective client is to do a deep dive into their current strategy as well as their industry. We identify areas of opportunity and start strategizing BEFORE taking on a client. This insures that we only work with businesses that we truly believe we can benefit. If we don’t think we’re the best fit for the job, we will always be transparent and do our best to connect you with someone who can help.

Onboarding

This is not your typical onboarding process. This is a collaborative, brainstorming session with some ground work sprinkled in. Of course we will need access to your pages, branding guidelines, and pictures, but onboarding doesn’t stop there! We want to hear all about previous success you’ve had with marketing, ideas you’ve wanted to implement but haven’t had the chance, and any strategies you’ve tried that didn’t generate the results you wanted. We’ll also set goals and discuss upcoming campaigns

Down to Business

This is where we take the reins and prove our value. After receiving the client’s approval on the initial strategy and content calendar, we bring the vision to life. We refresh all of your social pages and business listings and then let our creative juices flow via content creation and copy writing. While the client’s input is always welcomed, by this stage the client will have the freedom to be as involved as they choose while feeling confident everything will be executed flawlessly.

Constantly Evolving

Our favorite thing about marketing is also the industries biggest obstacle, it is ever-changing. This means that our strategies are constantly evolving so that we are able to keep your business ahead of the competition. Marketing also has an element of experiment, meaning that along the way we will use your analytics to fine-tune our approach and make the necessary adjustments on an ongoing basis. We review results monthly and adjust our approach accordingly.
