This is a personal review for Kayla, the owner of  The Social Sutter.
There are many reasons that I decided to work with Kayla but one of the biggest ones was her attitude. She is upbeat, always full of great ideas and takes on my ridiculous challenges with ease (which she always overdelivers)!
If you are concerned about having your business's social media or marketing needs in the hands of someone else, don't be with Kayla! Trust me, I've been burnt before too and this lady will get the job done right!  She is smart, honest and hella creative.

Kayla, the owner of The Social Sutter is such an asset to my company.
Let me explain!
I have been creating the content and social media posts for my business on a pretty consistent schedule (4+ times per week) for over 4 years. Although I love the creativity, you can only imagine how much time this takes (also not something the owner should be handling).
I was so frightened to hire it out and someone screw it up that I was considering hiring an employee to do it for me, when I met Kayla.
She is smart and has a unique niche in working with service-based businesses. Although she was new to the septic industry, she has truly extended herself to learn all about it , what parts of the business are important to me, and what my goals are within my social media platforms.
Her posts are beautiful, on brand and continue to educate our customers and tell the story of our business as if I were doing it myself. Her creativity with other design work I have tasked her with has been incredible and she is great with communication.
